We accept credits cards and checks are only accepted for pre-pay service plans. top
How often is my account charged?
Your account will be charged after your service is installed. Your account will then be billed every 30 days on the date you signed up. If you signed up on May 15th, then you would be billed on June 15th for the following month. Credit Card customers will have this automatically done. top
Are fees refundable?
We have a 30-day money-back guarantee. top
What are your setup fees for?
They cover the cost of the installation and the equipment used. top
My account is past due. Will you unsuspend it?
No. We cannot reinstate your account until it is current and we have correct billing information. top
If I cancel, do I get my money back?
You have a 30-day money back guarantee if you cancel within 30 days. If you are on any plan that does not require an installation fee there is a $75 cancellation fee. top
