How do I clear my cache?

To clear your Internet Explorer cache, do the following.

  1. In Internet Explorer, click Tools, then click Internet Options.
  2. Click Delete Files.
  3. Click OK.
  4. Click OK on the next window.
  5. Close Internet Explorer.
  6. Re-launch Internet Explorer.
