E-mail Reconfiguration

Please have your e-mail username and password handy before beggining to follow this tutorial. If you do not know your e-mail username/password, please give us a call at 972-284-4900 to recover or setup an account.

Reconfiguring Microsoft Outlook 2007 for my txairmail.net account.

  1. Open Outlook 2007 and Click on Tools;

  2. Click Account Settings;
    Step 2
  3. Select the E-Mail Tab;
    Step 3
  4. Select your E-mail Account;
    Step 4
  5. Click Change..
    Step 5
  6. Change both incoming and outgoing to:
    mail.txairmail.net
    Step 6
  7. NoMake sure that "Requires logon using secure password authentication" is unchecked.

  8. Click More Settings;
    Step 7
  9. Select the Outgoing Server tab;

  10. YesEnsure "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" is checked.
    YesAlso, ensure "Use same settings as my incoming mail server" is Selected.

  12. Click Next and then Finish.
