E-mail Reconfiguration

Please have your e-mail username and password handy before beggining to follow this tutorial. If you do not know your e-mail username/password, please give us a call at 972-284-4900 to recover or setup an account.

Reconfiguring Microsoft Outlook Express for my txairmail.net account.

  1. Open up Microsoft Outlook Express
    Step 1
  2. Click Accounts

  3. Select the Mail tab

  4. Select your E-mail Account
    Step 4
  5. Click Properties
    Step 5
  6. Select Servers
    Step 6
  7. Change both incoming and outgoing mail to mail.txairmail.net
    Step 7
  8. Not goodMake sure that "Log on using Secure Password Authentication" is unchecked.
    GoodEnsure that "My server requires Authentication" is checked.
    Step 8
  9. Click Ok and you're finished.
